payment

Payment can be made through PayPal at no cost to you. You don’t need a PayPal account ; you can pay either by credit card in the normal way or via a PayPal account. Your card details are held securely by PayPal and are not seen by me or entered onto this website.

postage

To the UK:
All the prices of jewellery include the cost of first class delivery by Royal Mail within the UK.

To Europe:
For a supplement of £2, I will send by airmail to the following countries
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Iceland, Hungary, Jersey, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

Rest of the World:
For a supplement of £3, I will send by airmail to Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United States of America.

despatch

Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of payment. Royal Mail aims to deliver first class items within 1 or 2 working days within the UK and within 3 – 5 working days for overseas destinations.

customs and duty

Please note that international buyers are responsible for any taxes or duties payable on deliveries outside the UK

returns and refunds

I want you to love your jewellery and to enjoy wearing it. So if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase I offer a no quibble returns policy. Simply return it unworn and in perfect condition with the original gift packaging within 7 working days and I will refund you in full.

If the item is faulty I will also refund the cost of your return postage. Please let me know by email that you are returning the item and send it back by “Recorded signed for post”.
